  “Commonly we are talking about optical fibres, which are used for telecommunication and are produced in millions of kilometres per year, but we are working on special optical fibres, which have different properties and transmit light otherwise” - explains Ph.D Tomasz Nasiłowski, the leader of the NODUS project.
